Designation - Club Manager

Location: Dona Paula, Goa

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Padel & Pickleball Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer experience, and coordinating with resort partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including court bookings, rental services, and staff supervision

• Handle finances, including daily cash flow, expense tracking, and monthly reporting

• Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media and local events

• Ensure facility upkeep, safety, and compliance with resort standards

• Handle customer grievances and improve guest experience

• Manage Pro-shop and coaching requirements

Skills & Qualifications:-

• 3-5 years of experience in club, gym, or sports facility management

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in hospitality, sports, or a related field

• Interest in sports is preferred
