Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, banquets, and parties. Daily tasks include interacting with clients to understand their requirements, coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless event execution, managing budgets, and overseeing the set-up and breakdown of event spaces. The role also involves preparing event proposals, handling last-minute changes, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning, coordinating corporate gatherings, weddings, and banquets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes
  • Budget management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with event management software and tools
  • Hotel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
