Job Title:Student Support Associate

Job Summary:

The Student Support Associate provides administrative support to students, faculty, and staff within an educational institution. This role involves responding to student inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on academic and non-academic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Student Support:

  2. Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

  3. Resolve student issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Provide guidance on academic policies, procedures, and resources.

  5. Administrative Support:

  6. Manage student records and data accurately.

  7. Assist with student registration, enrollment, and other administrative processes.

  8. Coordinate with faculty and staff to resolve student issues.

  9. Communication:

  10. Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

  11. Develop and maintain knowledge of institutional policies and procedures.

  12. Problem-Solving:

  13. Identify and resolve problems or concerns that students may have.

  14. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  1. Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  2. Skills:

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  6. Proficiency in student information systems and Microsoft Office.

This role requires a student-focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
