Genpact Walk-in for Non-voice roles (Marwari+English) || Walk-in venue: Jaipur || Work location: Hyderabad

**Candidate should be able to speak/read and understand both Marwari and English languages.

• Time: 11AM - 2PM
• Walk-in venue details: Plot No 1, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, near Venkateshwara Temple, Siddharth Nagar, Sector 9, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017
• Walk-in Location: Jaipur
• Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
• Experience: Only Freshers are eligible
• Shifts: Rotational
• Language known: Marwari+English

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate (except Law)
• Freshers are eligible

Preferred qualifications

• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
