Genpact Walk-In drive for Customer service: voice & Non Voice (Content Moderation) roles || Work location: Hyderabad || 7th October 2025 (Tuesday)

• Walk-In Date: 7-October-2025 (Tuesday)
• Walk-in Timings: 11am to 1pm
• Walk-in venue: F9P5+3FV, Hafeezpet Rd,Vinayaka Nagar, Hafeezpet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500049
• Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
• Experience: Freshers/experience up to 5yrs
• Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
• Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Voice Process

Responsibilities

• Experience -0-4years of experience
• Respond to customer queries and customer's concern
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers
• You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Any Graduate (except law)

Process Associate, Content Moderation roles (Language specialist- Hindi+English)

**Candidate should be able to read/speak/comprehend Hindi and English (Both) languages.

• Experience 0-2years

Responsibilities

• Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality

• Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines

• Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely

• Provide insights to help improve the support to the users

• Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Qualifications we seek in you

• Any Graduate (except Law)

• Freshers are eligible

Preferred qualifications

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills

• Problem solving skills with customer centric approach

• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
