Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Designer to design and execute electrical systems for new and existing outlets.

List the main duties of the role.

  1. Develop electrical system designs, layouts, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
  2. Prepare and review detailed drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
  3. Conduct load calculations, circuit analysis, and equipment selection based on project requirements.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop optimal design solutions.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  6. Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design requirements.
  7. Support the procurement process by preparing specifications and material lists.
  8. Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.

Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical

Design, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. Experience, 3+ years in electrical design or a similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit.
  3. Familiarity with power distribution, lighting systems, and control systems.

Skills:

1) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and design principles.

2)Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.

3)Understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulations.

4)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
