Key Responsibilities

As the Manager - Electrical Design & Detailing, youll take ownership of end-to-end electrical engineering for large EPC power plant projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading basic and detailed electrical design engineering.
  • Preparing Electrical Load Lists and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
  • Performing sizing calculations for transformers, cables, switchgear, UPS systems, etc.
  • Designing control schematics and block logic diagrams.
  • Selecting protection relays, CTs, PTs, and preparing interconnection summaries.
  • Supporting vendor coordination and site-level technical assistance.
  • Troubleshooting faults during testing and commissioning phases.
  • Collaborating closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a reputed university with good CGPA or class rank.
  • Minimum 5 -15 years in Electrical Engineering roles, preferably with EPC or consulting firms.
  • Proven experience in large-scale projects like Coal-fired, Combined Cycle Power Plants, Oil & Gas, or Chemical plants.
