Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Process Automation Intern. In this role, you will support the development and optimization of business processes through automation tools and frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, assisting in the implementation of automation solutions, and collaborating with team members to enhance efficiency. This role also involves providing training and support for implemented solutions and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

• Experience with Business Process Improvement and understanding of workflows
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Customer Service and Training skills to provide support and ensure smooth adoption of solutions
• Basic knowledge of automation tools and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Prior exposure to IT and cybersecurity concepts is a plus but not mandatory
