Job description:

Kerala Travels, a well established, premier Travel and Tourism Firm is seeking Driver cum Office Assistant; for their Kochi Office.

The Driver cum Office Assistant will be responsible for providing reliable driving support, ensuring safe transportation of staff/documents, and assisting with day-to-day office administration tasks. This role requires a dependable and disciplined individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties:

  • Safely drive company staff, visitors, and clients to required destinations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and regularly serviced.
  • Adhere to traffic rules, regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Maintain daily logbooks, fuel records, and service schedules.
  • Handle minor repairs and coordinate with service centers for major maintenance.

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Assist with photocopying, filing, scanning, and handling correspondence.
  • Deliver and collect documents, packages, and other materials as required.
  • Support office staff in administrative tasks and errands.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement when needed.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
