Job Title: Security Guard

Department: Administration / Security

Location: Ludhiana (Focal Point - 8 Phase)

Reporting To: HR Manager

Job Summary

The security guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role involves monitoring entry and exit points, patrolling the premises, handling security incidents, and enforcing safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the facility (employees, visitors, contractors).
  • Maintain Bill challan register, Inward Outward Entries record keeping.
  • Daily attendance maintenance and
  • Conduct routine patrols inside and outside the building to ensure security.
  • Maintain visitor entry register and check ID cards/authorization documents.
  • Observe and report suspicious activities or security concerns.
  • Ensure CCTV cameras and other security systems are functioning properly.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Follow company security protocols and ensure compliance with safety rules.
  • Assist in emergency evacuations, fire drills, and incident reporting.
  • Safeguard company property and prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the security post.
  • Submit daily security reports/logs to the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: 12th / Graduation Pass.
  • Prior experience in security services preferred.
  • Must be physically fit and alert.
  • Good communication and observation skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Basic knowledge of security equipment (CCTV, metal detector, gate pass system).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
