Security Guard for Real Estate Property

Job Location: Ferozpur Road

**Responsibilities**:
Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure safety and security.

Observe and report any suspicious activities, trespassing, or vandalism.

Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.

Control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.

Maintain clear communication with property management and law enforcement if needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.

Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

Familiarity with security systems and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
