LauTek is inviting motivated students who are currently pursuing college or university studies and are interested in being part of the
end-to-end development of an upskilling platform from the ground up
.

We are in the early stages of building a learning platform designed to offer
live online courses
focused on real-world skills and career development. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our core team during the
ideation and creation phase
, gaining hands-on exposure to product development, marketing, branding, and content initiatives.

While this position does not offer monetary compensation, it provides
valuable real-world experience
in a startup environment, helping you build practical skills and a strong foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
  • Conduct research to support product development and strategic planning
  • Assist with marketing and sales initiatives
  • Support branding, content creation, and promotional activities
  • Contribute to the design and development of the platform
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate leadership across initiatives

Requirements

  • Students pursuing
    B.Tech, MBA, or any other undergraduate or postgraduate program
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and a proactive attitude
  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Malayalam
  • Team player with the confidence to interact effectively with others
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work independently when needed

Internship Details

  • Duration:
    Minimum 3 months
  • Commitment:
    1–2 hours per day (remote and flexible)
  • Compensation:
    This is an unpaid internship
  • Certification:
    An internship certificate will be awarded upon successful completion
