Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and qualified Student Counselor cum German Language Tutor who is passionate about helping students and skilled in teaching German (B1/B2 level). This dual-role position involves both academic counseling and language instruction for students planning to study in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Counseling Responsibilities:

Provide detailed counseling to students interested in studying in Germany.

Assist in university selection based on the student's academic background and interests.

Guide students through the complete admission process including applications, SOPs, and visa documentation.

Maintain regular follow-ups with students and respond to their queries.

Stay updated with German university requirements and visa procedures.

German Language Tutoring Responsibilities:

Conduct German language classes for students (up to B1/B2 level).

Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials as per CEFR standards.

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

Organize assessments, practice sessions, and speaking modules.

Support students in preparing for Goethe/ÖSD exams if needed.

Requirements:

Completed German language level B1 or B2 (certification preferred).

Prior experience in teaching German or student counseling is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.

Confident, presentable, and student-friendly approach.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM or email tools.
