Key Responsibilities : Project Estimation :

• Develop comprehensive project estimates, including timelines, resources, and costs based on requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate estimates and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Pre-Sales Support :

• Assist the sales team in providing business analysis support during pre-sales activities.
• Work closely with the client to understand their business needs and challenges, preparing solution proposals, presentations, and product demos.

Wireframing & Documentation :

• Create clear, concise, and visually effective wireframes for mobile/web/game app projects.
• Document functional specifications, user stories, and use cases to guide development teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that wireframes align with user-centric design Management :
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, requirements, and issues.

Process Improvement :

• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement efforts within the business analysis and project management teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications : Experience :

• Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry, specifically with mobile, web, or game app development projects.
• Proven experience in project estimation, including resource allocation, timeline management, and cost estimation.
• Solid background in pre-sales activities, including solution proposals and client engagement.

Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar). Technical Knowledge :

• Strong understanding of mobile/web app development processes and game app development life cycles.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. Communication Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Desired Skills :

• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Experience in working with clients in the mobile/web/game app domain.
