Role OverviewWe're looking for an Associate Brand Manager to drive Wowzy's creative engine - across performance, retention, and monetization campaigns. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution, ensuring our creative assets not only look great but also deliver results. Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of acquisition-focused creatives across digital platforms (Meta, Google, affiliates), including:Platform-first video content (Meta-first, Google-first)Influencer-led campaigns, UGC-style creatives, and testimonial formats
High-performing offer-based and gameplay-driven creatives for ad funnels
Drive in-app communication (offer creatives, banners, push notifications) to improve retention, LTV, and cross-monetization
Collaborate on script writing and creative ideation for short-form videos, influencer content, and ad formats
Manage day-to-day coordination with internal design teams and external agencies - from briefing to delivery
Use data-driven insights to optimize creative performance via testing frameworks, player behavior analysis, and campaign feedback
Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints while pushing for fresh, differentiated storytelling
Collaborate with product, analytics, and performance marketing teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.Key Expectation2-4 years of experience in brand/marketing roles - preferably in gaming, entertainment, fintech, or digital-first brands
Strong creative sensibility and ability to craft or guide scripts and visual concepts aligned to marketing goals
Exposure to influencer marketing, UGC content development, and video-first strategies
Hands-on experience managing high-volume creative pipelines for acquisition and retention campaigns
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts outcomes
Proven ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate creatives quickly and effectively
Excellent presentation and idea articulation skills to align internal teams and bring creative concepts to life
Fast learner who is hungry to grow, open to feedback, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Strong project management and stakeholder alignment abilitiesMBA (Marketing preferred) or BMM (Advertising/Communication)
