HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Help in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities
- Assist in updating HR databases, reports, and documentation
- Support in drafting HR policies and communication
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹2,000.00 per month
