JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Accountant- Employee Reimbursement Specialist
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/PGDM/MBA
Grade: L2/L3
CTC- Max 6 Lpa
Below are the major job responsibilities:
- Accounting entries in Oracle
- Preparation of MIS and circulation to internal stakeholders
- Resolve queries from internal stakeholders
- Represent team for internal stakeholders
- Reconciliation of accounting schedules and initiate follow-up on the open items
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee payouts and expense reports.
- Develop and maintain employee payable policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyse employees' payable processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with audits and provide documentation and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure timely and accurate payment or invoices
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes related to payments or invoices.
