Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, maintaining a database of customer information, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include making sales pitches, handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our services. The Telecaller will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in making sales calls and handling customer inquiries
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage databases
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage
