We are seeking a Tele-Caller Executive to connect with potential customers from company-provided leads. The role focuses on explaining our offerings, addressing customer queries, and converting leads into walk-ins and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
  • Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and benefits to potential tenants.
  • Handle inbound calls and assist with queries.
  • Schedule and coordinate property visits with interested clients.
  • Maintain call logs and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by achieving set targets.
  • Provide customer feedback to the management team for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
  • Customer-focused with a polite and professional approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹23,000.00 per month

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
