Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in Adobe Marketo to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience managing and executing marketing automation campaigns and be Adobe Marketo certified.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo.
  • Build and maintain lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage segmentation, audience targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any Marketo platform issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in marketing automation.

Requirements:

  • Adobe Marketo Certification mandatory.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marketo platform.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and nurturing strategies.
  • Proficient in email marketing, CRM integration, and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
