In this role, you will work closely with support, product and engineering teams to achieve customer and business goals, and develop plans, content, and experiences to achieve measurable outcomes. You'll use data and insights to measure content, improve discoverability, and discover opportunities to improve customer success. You'll develop a deep understanding of Pro Design products, and the competitive landscape to deliver content that increases Adobe's brand, value and trust with customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing content in the software industry, with excellent background in customer support, customer engagement, sales and marketing. This person is able to work independently with multiple partners, meet commitments, and improve overall engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Define, deliver, develop, and lead content and technical documentation for a suite of products within multiple channels - web, in-app, community, social and more.
- Improve customer data analysis to identify and build strategies for knowledge, troubleshooting, and outcome-based content
- Work with marketing and product teams to come up with projects and campaigns to aid self- serve, improve ARR and grow product usage
- Lead projects, results and dependencies in the context of narrow release timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, support and product management to understand product goals, technical details, and implement content needs.
- Be capable of wearing multiple hats: strategist, creator/author, quality control/editor, customer support, and project manager.
- Build and/or maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability
- Collect and analyze quality metrics to ensure content success and goals.
