Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating reports, and supporting business operations with accurate and timely insights. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, efficiency, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports for operations, clients, and management.
  • Analyze process performance through data and suggest actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers using Excel, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in report generation and data presentation.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline report generation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver reports accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc data requests and analysis based on operational needs.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of BPO operations and KPIs (AHT, SLA,FCR, Attrition, etc.)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in MIS or reporting in a BPO/ITES environment.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to client-facing reporting or performance dashboards.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate, VBA, or Python is a plus.
