Key Specialisation:

  • Strong Knowledge of Machine Maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    machine maintenance, electrical motors,
    and
    basic PLC systems
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    IATF
    and
    OHSAS
    documentation
  • Knowledge of
    Electrical drawing
    Reading.
  • Strong Understanding of
    Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
    practices
  • Skilled in
    Why-Why analysis of breakdowns
    and implementing preventive actions for repetitive issues
  • Implementing and following "
    5S
    " ,
    Kaizen
    on shop floor and "
    SAFETY NORMS
    " during their shift.

Skills Required:

  • Positive attitude towards work and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support the team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause analysis.
