Position : 2 Openings Age : between 20 to 30 Years Gender : Male Annual Salary (CTC): Rs. 4.20 L to 4.50 L Key Specialisation: Strong Knowledge of Machine Maintenance Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Hands-on knowledge of machine maintenance, electrical motors, and basic PLC systems . Hands-on experience with IATF and OHSAS documentation Knowledge of Electrical drawing Reading. Strong Understanding of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance practices Skilled in Why-Why analysis of breakdowns and implementing preventive actions for repetitive issues Implementing and following "5S " , Kaizen on shop floor and "SAFETY NORMS " during their shift. ⚙️ Skills Required: Positive attitude towards work and continuous improvement. Willingness to work in shifts. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support the team. Problem-solving mindset with focus on root cause analysis. Proactive in driving process improvements and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
