Overview: The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. They serve as a consultant to management on human resource -related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyAct as a consultant to management on human resource -related issuesAdvise on labor legislation and complianceCollaborate with various business units to maintain company culture and employee engagementAssist in talent acquisition and recruitment processesConduct performance management and provide guidance on development and disciplinary actionsSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitalAssist in implementing HR policies and proceduresBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesNurture a positive working environmentConduct research and analysis on a variety of HR -related topicsEmployee development, talent management, and succession planningManage the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR serviceIdentify training needs for teams and individualsPrepare and submit reports to the HR managerRequirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience as an HR business partnerDemonstrable experience with HR metricsKnowledge of labor legislationHands -on experience with full -cycle recruitingStrong expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and performance managementIn -depth knowledge of human resources processes and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrable experience with HR softwareAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsStrong problem -solving abilitiesExcellent analytical and decision -making abilitiesProven team management and leadership skillsCertification such as PHR or SPHR is a plusHighly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality
