Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Planning Engineer to join our team. The role involves assisting in project scheduling, monitoring progress, and supporting the project team in planning and coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Civil Engineering to begin their career with one of the top builders in Kochi.
  • Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning tools/software.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project teams for data collection.
  • Support in resource allocation, manpower planning, and material tracking.
  • Monitor project progress and report deviations to senior engineers.
  • Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
  • Ensure documentation of drawings, schedules, and reports for project records.
  • Learn and follow company planning and quality standards. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Fresher or up to 1 year of experience).
  • Basic understanding of construction methods and project management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera (added advantage, training will be provided if needed).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
