Peevees Public School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting skills, the ability to handle financial records accurately, and experience working with school or institutional accounts (preferred but not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage fees collection records and reconcile accounts
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and school policies
  • Coordinate with auditors and support annual audits
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data
  • Support other admin-related financial tasks as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally or similar)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Attention to detail and time-management skills

Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
