Accounts Executive

Sky Ocean Logistics is a leading international freight forwarding and logistics company providing complete air, sea, and land transport solutions. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Purchase & Payables to manage vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and verify all purchase bills and supporting documents.Match purchase orders, delivery notes, and vendor invoices accurately.Process supplier payments and maintain vendor account reconciliations.Maintain payable ageing reports and track due payments.Support month-end closing and assist in financial reporting.Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for invoice or rate clarifications.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Maintain organized documentation for audit and internal review.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or purchase accounting.Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP).Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication and coordination skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Growth opportunity within an international logistics company.Supportive and professional work environment.How to ApplySend your updated resume to with the subject line "Accounts Executive – Purchase & Payables".Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per monthExperience:Accounts payable: 2 years (Required)Account management: 2 years (Required)Location:Nilambur, Kerala (Required)Work Location: In person
