Responsibilities of SO:-  Sales & Business Development:  Generate and manage leads for gold loan products.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new customers.  Conduct customer outreach, including door-to-door visits, to explain products and services.  Customer Interaction & Support:  Educate customers on gold loan scheme details, interest rates, and renewal processes.  Address customer queries and provide exceptional customer service.  Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.  Loan Processing & Management:  Evaluate the purity and value of gold ornaments brought in by customers.  Process and verify loan applications.  Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.  Maintain detailed records of loan transactions and customer interactions.  Reporting & Compliance:  Log daily activities and leads into the lead management system.  Submit daily sales reports to management.  Stay informed about industry trends, prevailing products, and competitor activities. Qualifications & Skills  Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is often preferred.  Experience: Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales, especially in gold loans, is beneficial.  Skills:  Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.  Excellent customer service and communication skills.  Persuasive and excellent sales and persuasion skills.  Gold evaluation and appraisal skills.  Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.  Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite for documentation.
