Role & responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for clients
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Maintain candidate records and prepare recruitment reports

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process

Sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks

Screening & shortlisting candidates

Scheduling & coordinating interviews

Building and maintaining a talent pool

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Undergraduate or Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • 0-5 years of recruitment experience (consultancy experience preferred)
  • Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and job positions
