This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on the on-premises mobility infrastructures like AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc., cloud mobility infrastructures like Intune, SOTI etc., and supporting L1 team. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including custom application packaging and publishing Manage, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure Implement the activities defined by L3 team Address the tickets escalated from L1 team Incident Management Prepare and maintain SOP documents to help L1 team Manage and lead team of L1s Technical Skills:Mobility: Complete hands-on experience on implementing and managing on-premises/cloud mobility solutions; Intune, AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc.,Administration of Windows 10 devices through Intune and Mac devices through Intune/Jamf ProConfiguring Citrix NetScaler for XenMobileConditional Access for Azure Active DirectoryIn-depth understanding of iOS and Android platform and applicationsApplication Packaging and publishing: Troubleshoot application packaging and publishingIntune Application Wrapper, Jamf Composer, and other package toolsPublishing apps through Intune and SCCMLDAP: Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user administrationDirectory Sync from AD to AADEnd-User: Outlook Mobile clients on both iOS and Android platformsTeams/OneDrive/BOX mobility clientsDevice Enrolments, remote full and partial wipeDevice compliance checksScripts: Advanced scripting knowledge for custom application pre/post deployment tasksLocation:India - BengaluruCreated On:11-Aug-2025
