About Us and Role Overview

Farm Stay Resorts is a fast-growing hospitality and real estate brand offering premium resort experiences, destination weddings, corporate retreats, and leisure getaways. Farm Stay Resorts is seeking an experienced General Manager (Resident Manager) to lead the full operations of our premium resort property. This role is responsible for managing all departments, driving guest satisfaction, overseeing maintenance, and taking full ownership of the resort's P&L. The GM will also build partnerships and ensure that the property operates at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across F&B, housekeeping, front office, security, events, and guest relations.

  • Ensure smooth resort functioning with strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.

  • Manage maintenance and engineering operations to keep the property in excellent condition.

  • Take responsibility for the resort's P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.

  • Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, corporates, event planners, and local networks.

  • Implement SOPs, staff training programs, and operational improvements.

  • Work closely with the MD on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in hotel/resort operations, with experience in a General Manager or similar role.

  • Strong operations background, including maintenance and facility management.

  • Experience with weddings, retreats, corporate events, and leisure property management preferred.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
