Role Overview:

To manage procurement of materials, components, and services by identifying the right suppliers,

negotiating cost-effective deals, and ensuring timely deliveries to support production and

development requirements.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for various components and raw materials


• Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs), track delivery timelines


• Collect and analyse supplier quotations, including cost comparison


• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times

• Diploma/BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

• Familiar with MS Excel, Outlook, MS office and documentation


• Willingness to learn ERP


• Strong communication and negotiation skills


• Basic understanding of purchase cycle, vendor coordination, and cost awareness (preferred

through internship or project work)
