Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
  • Create, configure, and maintain conversational agents using
    Google Dialogflow (CX or ES)
  • Integrate Dialogflow bots with web apps, mobile apps, or messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger)
  • Develop RESTful APIs and manage middleware between Dialogflow and backend services
  • Implement webhook services to handle Dialogflow fulfillment
  • Optimize chatbot performance, training phrases, and intents
  • Work with product and UX teams to enhance user experience through intelligent conversations
  • Maintain documentation and adhere to best coding practices

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in

    development
  • Proficiency with
    JavaScript / TypeScript
  • 1+ years of experience working with
    Google Dialogflow (ES or CX)
  • Experience in building webhooks and integrations for conversational bots
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) is a plus
  • Familiarity with NoSQL/SQL databases (e.g., Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
  • Version control using
    Git

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with
    Dialogflow CX
    and
    Google Cloud Functions
  • Knowledge of
    Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    concepts
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
  • Prior experience deploying chatbots in production
  • Understanding of OAuth and secure API communication
