Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and monitor window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays on new stores.
  • Maintenance of Mannequins, In store Collateral's Procurement. Management of VM props & elements, signages for in store & also for brands.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to discuss advertising requirements and campaigns.
  • Vendor Handling. Sourcing of Vendors for VM elements. Out sourcing VM design execution. Conducting Vendor Audits..
  • Work and collaborate with stake holders & with other staff.
  • Identifying and communicating with the stores to convey changes in visual direction, collecting feedbacks, photographs and sending report to reporting manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper VM display through out all the stores by regular monitoring and interacting with store heads & vendors.
  • Taking ownership and understand the critical operational issues and deliver timely solution without any gap/delay.
  • Timely store visits and follow up with store heads for any operational gaps and Reporting to the HO management

Job requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Visual Merchandising.
  • Experience of advertising agency/Digital print media/Retail Garment background is preferred.
  • Education: Graduate/Diploma (From any Reputed Fashion Institute).
  • Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communicator strong organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & People Handling skills.
  • Good sense of Fashion & Design.
  • Good Time-Management skills.
