We are seeking a
Sales and Marketing Executive
with a strong background in
IT and technology solutions
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our in-house software products, driving sales growth, and acquiring new projects. You should have excellent communication, technical understanding, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for connecting business goals with innovative tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market our technology products, software solutions, and IT services.
- Generate new business leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Develop and implement effective
sales and marketing strategies
tailored to the IT industry. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, demos, and presentations.
- Conduct
market research
on emerging technologies, competitors, and industry trends. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and project acquisition targets.
- Collaborate with the internal teams for project promotions, marketing campaigns, and client deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in
sales, marketing, or business development
within the
IT or technology sector

software products, web solutions, and digital transformation concepts
. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
