SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Position Level: Mid-level Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000/month + commission (2-3% of sales value)

Experience Required: 3-4 years in sales or marketing, preferably B2B or SaaS

Reports To: Business Development Executive / Founder

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Support:

  2. Assist Business Development Executive in lead generation and qualification

  3. Handle customer follow-ups and relationship management
  4. Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
  5. Manage pipeline and track deal progression
  6. Support sales presentations and product demonstrations
  7. Handle customer inquiries and scheduling

  8. Digital Marketing & Content:

  9. Manage Google Ads campaigns (targeting "air purifier Delhi," "clean air bubble," etc.)

  10. Execute Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns
  11. Develop and maintain website content (blog, FAQs, case studies)
  12. Create marketing collateral (email templates, social media content, brochures)
  13. Manage social media presence and customer engagement
  14. Track marketing metrics and ROI for each channel

  15. Events & Partnerships:

  16. Identify and plan participation in pollution awareness events

  17. Organize product demonstrations for communities and corporate offices
  18. Build relationships with real estate brokers, architects, and designers
  19. Coordinate with partner organizations for co-marketing opportunities
  20. Manage event logistics and follow-up

  21. Customer Success & Testimonials:

  22. Collect customer success stories and case studies

  23. Manage customer testimonials and video content
  24. Build referral program and track referral leads
  25. Create educational content for customers (maintenance tips, health benefits, etc.)

Key Skills:

  • Digital marketing and Google Ads experience
  • Social media marketing, Copywriting and content creation
  • CRM and email marketing tools
  • Sales support and customer relationship management
  • Project coordination and organization
  • Analytics and data interpretation
  • Creative thinking

Success Metrics:

  • Generate 10-15 qualified leads per month through digital marketing
  • Website traffic: 500+ monthly visitors by Month 6 Cost per lead: ₹5,000-8,000 through digital channels
  • Social media engagement: 500+ followers, 5%+ engagement rate
  • Customer testimonials: Collect 5+ by Month 6

Job Type: Full-time
