Role Description

Product Listing & Website Management

  • Upload and manage product listings on the company website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or other platforms).
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, titles, prices, and high-quality images.
  • Update stock availability, discounts, and offers regularly.
  • Maintain product categorization and SEO-friendly tags for better visibility.

Content Management

  • Coordinate with the creative team/photographer for product photoshoots.
  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized product descriptions.
  • Update banners, homepage, and landing pages as per campaigns or festive seasons.

Order & Inventory Coordination

  • Monitor orders placed on the website and coordinate with operations for timely dispatch.
  • Track stock levels and notify management about low inventory.
  • Ensure smooth customer journey from product page to checkout.

Digital & Social Media Support

  • Support social media team in posting content and updating links on the website.
  • Monitor website analytics and customer behavior to suggest improvements.
  • Assist in online marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, promotions).

Customer Experience

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries related to product listings, availability, and order status.
  • Ensure product listings reflect brand quality and consistency.
  • Report website issues, bugs, or errors to the development team.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on website performance, product sales, and listing accuracy.
  • Suggest improvements for increasing online conversions.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
    (preferred, not mandatory for freshers).
  • 0–2 years of experience
    in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management.
  • Freshers with strong interest in
    online business, social media, and digital platforms
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of
    Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms
    is an advantage (training can be provided).
  • Basic understanding of
    SEO and digital marketing
    preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    MS Excel / Google Sheets
    for reporting and data entry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
