Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Visual Designer. The Senior Visual Designer will play a key role in ideating and designing impactful visual experiences that align with client requirements and brand strategies. Responsibilities include creating compelling user interface designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX designers and developers, conducting visual design research, ensuring brand consistency, and presenting creative solutions to stakeholders. The Senior Visual Designer will contribute to enhancing design quality and delivering exceptional digital experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design, User Interface (UI) Design, and creating high-fidelity design assets.
  • Experience with Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Layout Design, and Iconography.
  • Ability to conduct design research and integrate findings into compelling visuals.
  • Knowledge of Design Systems, Interaction Design, and Design Trends.
  • Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a creative mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments and communicating with stakeholders effectively.
  • Previous experience in designing for digital platforms such as mobile apps, websites, and other interactive media is highly desirable.
