Job Summary:
LUPA is seeking a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Pasta Section) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing fresh pasta, sauces, and Italian-style dishes while maintaining the brand's high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & Production: Assist in the preparation and cooking of all pasta dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Quality & Consistency: Ensure taste, texture, and presentation align with LUPA's culinary standards.
- Section Management: Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, and organization within the pasta section.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the CDP and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report shortages to the Sous Chef.
- Hygiene & Safety: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in Italian or European cuisine.
- Strong skills in pasta preparation, from dough-making to finishing.
- Good understanding of kitchen operations and teamwork.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: ₹26, ₹35,000.00 per month
