Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kolkata. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing office operations and supporting the sales and finance teams. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with different departments, processing sales orders, maintaining financial records, and ensuring efficient office management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills for effective team coordination
  • Experience in Sales support
  • Knowledge of Finance and financial record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Kolkata
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
