Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations team. The role involves managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), assigning jobs to technicians, maintaining detailed reports, and preparing MIS reports for management. This is a crucial role that ensures smooth backend coordination and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), including documentation, renewal tracking, and client follow-ups.
  • Assign jobs to technicians based on service requests, urgency, and availability.
  • Track technician movements, job completion status, and service quality feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of all service requests, completed jobs, and pending tasks.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service operations.
  • Generate and share MIS reports with management to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the front office, clients, and field teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure all job entries and updates are accurately recorded in internal systems.
  • Maintain client data, service history, and contract-related information securely and accurately.
  • Support in inventory updates, vendor follow-ups, and general office coordination tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, operations, or service coordination role.
  • Good knowledge of AMC handling and technician scheduling is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and capable of preparing MIS reports.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP/CRM software is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a technical services or facility management company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12, ₹14,000.00 per month
