Job Title: Resource Associate (Male Candidates)

Location: Kolkata.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen resumes of potential candidates through various job portals and internal databases.
  • Identify relevant keywords in resumes as per the company's current hiring requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of the recruitment process.
  • Verify the credibility of candidates and assist with required documentation and background checks.
  • Maintain regular communication with applicants, keeping them informed throughout the application process.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, building strong relationships and providing guidance during the selection process.
  • Counsel potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs as part of the internal recruitment model.
  • Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in inside hiring for IT roles.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
  • Only freshers are eligible to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Male candidates preferred due to shift requirements.

Compensation :

  • CTC: ₹1,80,000 per annum
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentive structure.
  • Travel: No pick-up & drop facility. Travel allowance will be provided.

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (US Shift).

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday.
