Quality Engineer
to join our dynamic team and help maintain the exceptional standards that define our brand.

Role Overview:

As a Quality Engineer for the 11/33 KV HT Line Cables and MVCC Cables & Conductors manufacturing process
, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be key in driving quality initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, and improving product reliability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control:
    Perform inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet required specifications and standards.
  • Process Improvement
    : Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and quality of the 11/33 KV HT Line Cables and MVCC Cables & Conductors manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshooting
    : Work closely with the production team to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues and non-conformance.
  • Testing
    & Documentation
    : Develop and implement testing protocols for product quality; maintain detailed records and reports to track compliance and quality metrics.
  • Compliance
    : Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, etc.), safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaboration
    : Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and streamline processes.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, ideally related to electrical components or conductors.
  • In-depth knowledge of 11/33 KV HT Line Cables and MVCC Cables & Conductors, quality standards, testing methods, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, and other quality management systems is a plus.
