About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Associate (Process Associate) who will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities related to contract management for respective engagements/accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a document repository of all contractual documents including change orders, SOWs, and obligation artifacts.
- Extract and track contractual obligations systematically by categorizing criticality, priority, and business impact.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adequacy of coverage and support.
- Work closely with Service Delivery teams and Action Owners to ensure compliance with contractual obligations related to IT/BPO contracts.
- Address contractual queries and provide clarity on contract language through research.
- Recommend contract changes in case of gaps identified in contractual clauses in the interest of the organization.
- Draft, review, and validate Work Orders/Project Orders/Change Orders and provide insights.
Coordinate internally from initiation to execution of any Change Requests/Amendments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of IT/BPO contracts and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
