Key Roles and Responsibility:

1. Welcome visitors, provide them with the necessary information and direct them to the appropriate person or location.

  1. Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, take messages and direct calls to the relevant parents & staff members.

  2. Respond to inquiries from parents, students and the public, providing assistance and resolving issues whenever possible.

  3. Schedule appointments for students, parents and staff members, ensuring that calendars are organised and conflicts are minimised.

  4. Keep track of student attendance, ensuring accurate records are maintained. They may also coordinate with teachers and administrators to follow up on absences and handle attendance-related matters.

  5. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, filing documents, managing mail, and maintaining student records.

  6. Monitor visitors and ensure the security of the school premises.

  7. Act as a liaison between students, parents, staff and administration, facilitating communication and ensuring smooth operations within the coaching.

  8. Handle sensitive information, such as student records and personal details which must maintain strict confidentiality.

  9. Manage coaching supplies, coordinate transportation arrangements, or assist with special events or projects.

  10. Assist in scheduling and coordinating parent-teacher conferences, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently and providing necessary information to parents and teachers.

  11. Support the enrollment and registration process by providing information to prospective students and their families and collecting necessary documents.

Requirements and Skills:

Relevant experience of 1 - 2 years in Education or Tech industry.

  • Excellent communication and people skills and Tech Savvy
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
  • Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or Teacher
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds.
  • Target Oriented
