Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager in several locations across the globe. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, providing excellent customer service, training staff, and maintaining budgets. The manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and enhancing guest satisfaction.

  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience
  • Experience in Training staff and team development
  • Budgeting skills and financial management experience
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
