Procurement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Design Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement operations for our furniture and home dcor division. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the industry, a strong vendor network across India, China and Indonesia, and a refined eye for design trends and aesthetics. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance cost, quality and design and who can be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on product selection and supplier partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing:
Identify, evaluate, and develop a reliable network of furniture and home dcor vendors in India, China and Indonesia.Vendor Management:
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with suppliers; ensure high-quality standards and timely deliveries.Design Advisory:
Work closely with senior management and design teams to recommend products aligned with current market trends and brand positioning.Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of design trends, materials and innovations in furniture and dcor to maintain a competitive edge.Cost Management:
Optimize procurement costs without compromising on quality or design intent.Supply Chain Coordination:
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth importation, customs clearance, and inventory management.Sustainability & Compliance:
Ensure suppliers meet ethical sourcing, sustainability, and regulatory compliance standards.
