Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
  • Compile and analyze sales, purchase, production, and inventory data.
  • Generate performance dashboards and variance reports (actual vs target).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
  • System & Process Management
  • Maintain and update ERP, CRM, and internal data systems.
  • Automate repetitive reports and streamline data collection processes.
  • Develop templates, trackers, and pivot-based reports in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and sales teams for data inputs.
  • Provide insights and highlights to management for decision-making.
  • Present analytical summaries and trend reports to senior management.
  • Analysis & Improvement
  • Track KPIs and business metrics such as sales performance, cost trends, and productivity.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros)
  • Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Computer Science / Statistics / Engineering
  • 1–5 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Reporting
  • Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / Trading sector preferred

  • Quality of insights and recommendations
  • Process automation and efficiency improvement
  • Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness
