Roles and responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (manual and automatic).
  • Strategically manage keyword targeting, bid optimization, and match types for maximum visibility and ROI.
  • Regularly assess product listings, selecting the most effective images and content to improve CTR and conversion.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on sales patterns, inventory availability, and daily performance data.
  • Collaborate with the content/design team to implement optimized A+ Content and improve product presentation.
  • Track and report on performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health.
  • Take ownership of timely campaign execution, including weekends or sales seasons.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • 2-4 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms.
  • Strong command over Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
  • Proficient in manual vs. automatic targeting, keyword match types, and campaign structures.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa.
  • Excellent analytical and observational skills to interpret sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability traits.
  • Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
